  2. I actually tested this theory by not taking vitamins or protein shakes while still working out. What I found was instant fatigue not just in the gym but throughout the day. This is great advice and will help sculp a muscular build while reaming healthy and energized throughout the day. I agree with the author in saying that we dont go to the gym to cause harm.   3. Its important to not over train. Ive been working out for a while also and that’s one of the first things that I was taught. In addition, it could potentially cause injury. The diet is actually the most important factor in trying to build muscle mass. Vitamins like the ones mentioned give you the requirements to proceed to the next level in your training.     The name says it all, supplement. Although this is a great supplement, its the most efficient when you practice a healthy diet.
