This has been great to maintain active at the gym. In the past I often found myself in pain so I was forced to miss some days until I completely recuperated. With this product, I’m able to prevent injury and avoid future health conditions. Great article. I definitely recommend.

Prevention is definitely the key. A lot of times we over estimate what our bodies are capable of and end up with injuries. Many people don’t realize that cartilage is something that doesn’t necessarily replenish. I personally lean towards these products in order to build a habit for the future. I prefer to take small amounts for years to come then take nothing now and have to take twice the amount later on while I’m in pain. Interesting stuff

These supplements become more important as you get older, especially with past injuries.

Actual food that contains B12 is the very best way to nurture your body although this would work great as a supplement.

As you get older something like this becomes very crucial. I would think you want to start taking it before you start experiencing pains and even injury.

Prevention is the key, I agree. Once you start to experience pains its very frustrating to cure yourself. I personally like to keep a good diet because as I get older I dont want it to be a reality.

I remembered how my grandmother suffered from her arthritis. Now, I am seeing the same thing happening to my father. I am sure that he will be relieved of the pain if he takes this joint support vitamin B. I know that this will really help.

I’m starting to experience burning pain in my joints. Sometimes I could not enjoy playing lawn tennis because I cannot move freely due to the pain. I am thinking I might already have arthritis because I love eating peanuts and beans. Moreover, this disease runs in the blood. I am not really sure if I genetically inherited this or if this is caused by eating habits. But I want to try and use this supplement that has Vitamin B complex. May be this will help me enjoy the games once more.

Hi Ted, I heard eating beans aren’t good for people who are starting to hit 50 years of age. But if you’re below 50, I suggest you must avoid eating beans as early as now to avoid suffering from arthritis in the future. My grandma is now taking Vitamin B complex for her joints to avoid pain and she said that it’s really hard to move around suffering from arthritis. I wonder how we can avoid this to happen to us in the future…
