What is in the Scar Serum?

The reason the Dr. Max Powers Scar Serum works great in healing scars is from the Rosehip Seed oil found in the treatment. Rosehips, in the field of medicine, have been proven to regenerate tissue in healing scars, whether they are surgical or tramatic scars.

Since a scar needs to be in a moist environment to promote healing, in addition to the Rosehip Seed Oil, the Dr. Max Powers Scar Serum has additional botanical to keep that moisture layer over the scar to protect it and keep the moist environment while it heals. That way, it can have a soothing and softening effect that allows the polyunsaturated fatty acids (vitamin F) in the Rosehip Seed Oil to convert cellular membranes and promote tissue regeneration. In a study, it was found that it was useful when used on surgical scars (applied twice daily). The skin became more elastic and had added color complexion benefits as well. The same results were found with patients who has used the serum on burns, since it was able to reduce the scarring and return the tissue color back to its normal state and coloring.

The Dr. Max Powers Scar Serum is produced from 100% pure organically grown rose hip seed oil. It is a light, semi clear, non-staining, and easily absorbed into the skin without leaving a greasy residue.

Note: The Dr. Max Powers Scar Serum is designed to treat scars only after the skin has closed the wound. Do not apply the scar serum on open wounds.

This product works a lot better than cocoa butter or neosporene. Im confident that it will give me results next time I use it. It was nerve wrecking for me at first but once I saw the first sign of results I was relieved. Very informative. Hope to read more info on this soon.

You don’t really see products like this too often. And the few that are out there are difficult to find. I have always tried natural products such as aloe vera but its not giving me any results lately. Reading this article, I’m going to try this out. I love all this information about this scenario; its something that isn’t too talked about.

In today’s market, it has become a fashion to sell natural products with the organic ingredients (label) mentioned. When people utilize those products, they say that the aloe Vera natural products do
not produces any results to them. The truth is that they are not utilizing the exact ingredient in the product. However, I have used fresh aloe Vera gel to my skin( directly) and found amazing results. I always turn on organic ingredients, and feels like trying it. Soon will try out Dr. Max scar serum, and will review about the product.

This product is not the same as the stretch mark product, it looks like this is more from scars due to injury.

This is the first time I come across this product and I can actually put it to good use. Through more research I learned that a similar product is recommended by the doctor after surgery. I look forward to trying this product out.

I have heard lot of facts about Rosehip seed oil that aids cell regeneration, boots collagen level, and helps to create smoother and firmer skin. As it’s powerful antioxidant, it reduces old scars and fade stretch marks. Really, Dr. Max scar serum has been produced from organic ingredients which does not cause any side effects to the skin.

I just gave birth to a lovely baby girl through Caesarean delivery. I was ready to say goodbye to bikini days when I come across this wonderful article. I will surely use this to treat my ugly Caesarean section scar. I do not have to worry about if it’s safe for me while breastfeeding my baby because it contains natural ingredients made mainly from rose hip seed. Thanks!

I agree April! I should also recommend this to my friend who just got discharged from the hospital. He met a bicycle accident and got a serious cut on his right leg. This will surely help in healing the scar. This site sure does have sense.
